Her unwavering commitment to learning and staying ahead of the latest trends has elevated her to the status of an industry expert, particularly in the realms of curly hair, hair replacement and hair extensions.

What truly sets Penny apart is her genuine desire to make every guest who sits in her chair feel comfortable and confident. With her skilled hands and creative vision, she strives to deliver nothing short of breathtaking results. Penny understands that beauty is not just about appearance, but also about embracing one's individuality and inner radiance.

Penny's love for all things beautiful extends far beyond the salon walls. When she's not transforming hair, she can be found surrounded by her cherished family and friends, enjoying their company and creating lasting memories. Her love for art and music is a constant source of inspiration, infusing her work with a unique and artistic flair.

Alicia is a licensed hair stylist for over four years. Her journey started at the Aveda institute in Clearwater, Flo., and has expanded through continued education, online classes, and hands on experience. She prides herself on providing the best scalp facials, curly cuts, grey blending, blondings, and any type of dimensional color. She loves personalizing each color and cut, and always sends a client home afterward with a customized hair routine. Alicia also loves makeup since it’s one of the first things that brought her to the world of beauty. Keep her in mind for your next special occasion. Alicia's known for having clients leave her chair happy from a memorable salon experience.

Meet Madeline, known for creating magic with vivid hair coloring for Blondie's Salon guests. She is a Level 4 Stylist and a licensed cosmetologist since 2017 but her obsession with beauty started much earlier than that. Madeline was the little girl sneaking into her mom’s makeup and grabbing the kitchen scissors to give her Barbies makeovers. She started her journey at Blondie’s February 2020 and finds joy in taking care of her community. It gives her great pleasure when she can help others shine a little brighter.

Growing up, she channeled her talents, creativity, and eye for detail into art classes and found a new love in drawing and painting. This in-depth knowledge of color theory and composition gives her a special edge as a colorist, believing there's very little difference between her work on canvas versus a client.

Madeline contains a fierce passion for vivid coloring that can pair with bold color-blocking placements or low-maintenance dimensional looks. She's determined to make fun, vibrant color more accessible and easier to maintain.

When not at the salon you can catch her snuggled up on the couch with her dog, Seamus, watching Harry Potter or devouring her latest read with a cup of tea. She also enjoys traveling to both new and familiar places and has at least one trip planned at any given time. Meet Lenora, a native to Columbus, Ind. who has a contagious excitement for beauty. Sit in her chair and you'll discover her knack for helping you feel comfortable and relaxed. Lenora feels that everyone needs a break from this crazy world and prides herself on offering just that to all her clients. When it comes to hair, she loves working on vivid colors, super shaggy, textured haircuts, and curly hair too!

Lenora is the youngest of four siblings, has two crazy cats, and takes care of many houseplants. She loves listening to all different types of music and watching scary movies–be sure to give her your suggestions!
