Holistic Wellness Services in Columbus, Indiana

When you need to relax, recharge, or simply feel better in your body, massage isn't your only option.

New At Blondie's

Blondie’s now offers a broader approach to wellness with massage therapist Shamani Langille, whose extensive background goes well beyond traditional massage. Shamani is a Nationally Board Certified Massage Therapist with decades of experience in massage and bodywork, yoga, assisted movement, meditation, and therapeutic wellness. She has worked in both chiropractic and spa settings, giving her a unique perspective on how different approaches can support the way you feel and move.

Whether you want hands-on bodywork, help improving flexibility and range of motion, a way to quiet a busy mind, or a deeply relaxing experience that doesn't involve traditional massage, these services give you more ways to make wellness part of your routine.

Foot & Hand Reflexology

Reflexology is based on the idea that specific points on the hands and feet correspond with different areas of the body. During a session, Shamani applies deliberate pressure to these points, working slowly across the hands and feet to encourage relaxation and relieve everyday tension.

A 30-minute session makes reflexology an easy wellness treatment to enjoy on its own or add to your time at the spa.

Assisted Stretching

Assisted stretching is a one-on-one session in which Shamani guides your body through controlled stretches and movements designed to improve flexibility, mobility, balance, coordination, and range of motion.

Because Shamani has extensive training in both bodywork and therapeutic movement, she can tailor the session to how your body moves and where you are experiencing tightness or restriction. You don't need to be particularly flexible or have any previous yoga experience to benefit.

Assisted stretching can be booked as a stand-alone session or before or after a massage for clients who want to incorporate more movement into their bodywork routine.

Guided Meditation & Yoga Nidra

With decades of experience teaching yoga and meditation, Shamani will guide your session while you simply settle in, listen, and allow yourself some uninterrupted time away from the mental noise of everyday life.

Shamani uses guided imagery and Yoga Nidra to lead you into a deeply relaxed state to calm the nervous system. Often described as yogic sleep, Yoga Nidra is practiced while resting comfortably as you follow verbal guidance. There are no poses to perform and no previous meditation or yoga experience is needed.

Vibrational Sound Bath

Shamani uses soothing tones and vibrations to help calm an often-overstimulated nervous system and encourage deep relaxation. Within holistic wellness practices, sound and vibration are also used to help release stagnant energy and promote a greater sense of balance between body, mind, and spirit.

There is nothing you need to do or learn during the session. Simply get comfortable, listen, and allow yourself to experience the sounds and vibrations around you.

A sound bath can be especially appealing if you have trouble settling into traditional meditation, feel mentally or physically tense, or simply want to explore a new way to relax and recharge.

Chakra Balancing Massage

Chakra Balancing Massage combines traditional massage techniques with energy-focused bodywork for a more holistic massage experience.

The practice is based on the concept of seven primary chakras, or energy centers within the body. During the session, Shamani incorporates massage with energy-balancing techniques intended to release physical tension, address areas of stagnant or blocked energy, and encourage a greater sense of balance between body and mind.

With Shamani’s extensive background in massage, yoga, meditation, and therapeutic wellness, the session brings together several elements of her training in one experience.
