We actually met up ahead of my appointment to chat about what I wanted, and they got me in super fast. I just wanted to get back to my natural color, and Lenora abso...lutely nailed it. The whole vibe was just perfect, I never felt rushed, but it didn’t drag either. They even offered me drinks, and I got to munch on some goldfish while I sat under the dryer. Then, when she washed out my color, the room was so calming, gentle music, and she even popped a face mask on me while I relaxed.
